Refunds and Return Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return a product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of the following products (unless they are defective or do not match your Order):

  • Any product without its original packaging or which has been opened or had its security seal (if any) broken.
  • Any product which has been used or damaged such that it is unsaleable.
  • Cosmetics (Due to Hygiene Reasons)

All damages and breakages must be reported within 24hrs of receiving your order. An email with your order number and an image of the broken item must be sent to

Please note the original delivery fee is not refundable. 


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will forward you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund has been approved, then the refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment. It will take a few days for the payment to reflect in your account. 


Sales Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. 


Returning products to Irresistible Cosmetics 

Request for product returns must be submitted via email to If approved a customer care representative will provide further instructions.

Please note: No refunds or exchanges will be processed for wrong colour and product choices. Cosmetics and nail polish are part of personal hygiene and as such we cannot resell any products that we cannot guarantee has not been used or opened.  (Please choose products carefully) 

All return delivery fees are non refundable.
